
The Refund Policy applies to purchases ("Coupons") for activities made by Deals89's merchant partners ("Merchants").
Subject to the Deals89 Promise (described below), all sales are final and may only be refunded to the extent permitted by the applicable Merchant's refund policy.
The Deals89 Promise: we provide a refund of the purchase price paid by you for any purchase within 60 days after the purchase of a Coupon, provided that the Coupon has not yet been redeemed or expired. After 60 days, we do not provide refunds except that we will provide a refund if you are unable to redeem a Coupon before the applicable expiration of the Coupon because the relevant Merchant has gone out of business.
The expiration date of your coupon is listed on the experience terms on our website. Once your coupon reaches the expiration date, it loses its value and we will not be able to issue a refund. Redemption of a Coupon beyond its expiration date is at the sole discretion of the applicable Merchant.

Neither Deals89 nor the Merchants are responsible for lost or stolen Coupons or Coupon code number.
